to whom it may concern
I totally have a Psychology test tomorrow, and have managed to read absolutely none of the chapters. I also have a 3-5 page paper due in Humanities on Wednesday. It's worth 20 percent of my grade, and I haven't picked what it's going to be on yet, because I am a giant loser like that.

Instead of, you know, working on those things, I caught up on Merlin. I'm not going to give spoilers, because other people have probably already said it better than I could. I'm just going to inform you all that I would like to draw a thousand sparkly hearts all over Arthur, and Merlin, and those two dude that play them, also. Especially Bradley James. Actually, he may get a couple of thousand sparkly hearts. Or a million. Or whatever. I'm fond of the dude, is what I'm saying, and also I am very fond of that last episode of Merlin.

What I am not fond of, is the fact that I cannot leave my room without being assaulted by that Twilight nonsense. If I didn't already hate it on principle I certainly would now. Yesterday, while looking for a Christmas gift for my aunt, my mom picked up a Twilight poster. I told her to put it down, and then to go wash her hands because they were now dirty. I'm not rational in this hatred, but that does not stop the burn of it.

This should maybe go in its own post, but I'm sort of lazy. So.

Dear Person Unfortunately Enough to Get Me for Yuletide,

Hello, you probably don't know me, and probably now think I should be shipped off to an asylum of some sort. I promise, I'm not as bad as I seem. Or so I've been told.

I'm not going to go into details with each fandom I requested, because what I put in the details, really, is all I care about. I love slash, gen or het, whatever you feel like giving me. I believe on all of them I listed pairings or gen as a-ok with me.

In general, I love banter; UST; pining; fake!dating; arranged, convenient, and/or accidental marriages; mocking; people who call each other names in place of saying something sappy or romantic; romance novel and/or romcom tropes; banter; heists; zombies; little touches; pranks; BFFs; good grammar; characters who are nuts about good grammar sometimes; crack fic; and, oh yeah, banter.

I dislike bad characterization; meanness; character bashing; character death; humiliation for amusement; noncon; first person; and overwrought emo angst.

But really, write a story you like, have fun, and I'm sure I'll love it too. Thanks for taking on this challenge!
