Word grammar check is smoking something, I swear to God, and it's refusing to share the wealth. It is also making this much harder than it was without grammar check. I know that's a fractured sentence! It's stylistic. Or, you know, something like that. And dammit, why should I change that comma into a semicolon when it comes before dialogue? No reason I can see.

Stupid grammar check. Making me doubt myself. Bah, I say!
