You guys, you guys, GLEE CAME BACK!

So, Um, against my better judgment and strong(ish) OTP issues, I am totally sold on Sam. Hi, Sam! Ask Puck about having balls in his mouth some more! Especially if he's not going to answer while Finn makes faces! I want the Puck/Kurt/Sam fic now, kthx. I was also really sold on Mike's abs. Sorry, Artie, I'm sort of on Tina's side on that one. Hi, Mike's Abs, I never doubted your awesomeness, but it's nice to see it for sure.

In fact, allow me to make a list of fics I want:
1. The one where the Glee boys all sit around and watch 300 and Puck is very upset to be told that Mike is way closer to having Gerard Butler's abs than he is.
2. Puck/Kurt/Sam
3. The one where Puck is the one who's like, "Sheesh, so you're queer dude. At least you don't dress like a freak."


I... still have no desire to finish my bakery AU. It's like, 6000 words, and I have every single one of them. I don't even know, oh my god.

Speaking of fic, it seems like instead of ALL THE CLICHES, I am also writing ALL THE CRACK. I don't even know about my brain, you guys, for serious.

I'm trying to not bury my head in the sand over my Kurt/Mike fic. IDK. I wish I'd had much more time to work on it. AT LEAST YOU HAVE TIME TO REWRITE AND LIKE YOUR FIC. :-P

Also Puck doesn't care about Mike's abs. Mike's arms are skinny little freaks and Puck only cares about his guns.

Right? SAM! Fandom made me not want to like him, but, dude. DUDE. I want him to be all faux-confident and whatever, and just TOTALLY INTO KURT and Puck is all, "What? What is this even. What?" Because, you know, Puck was not supposed to have to watch Kurt be in a relationship. He was not prepared for the stomach punch of THAT ASS SHOULD BE MINE that he gets when he sees them together!

I will probably never ever like that fic. I will finish it, you know, eventually. But I will probably then immediately try to forget about it, because I will still hate it so much. :\ I don't even KNOW.

Also, Puck totally doesn't care about Mike's abs. Except he might care a little bit that Kurt does. What's that bullshit?

I'm sure it's not that bad. Trust me. Have you SEEN the shit posted lately? Even if, on the extremely off chance that it is, bad then it cannot suck as hard as some of the shit posted over on that community.

Puck totally DOES care about Mike's abs. He wants to know if "washboard abs" means that he can play some lame bluegrass song on it. That's also when he learns that Mike is totally ticklish.

Puck just wants to get some ass, okay, if he's less than particular about who he gets it from, then... Actually the only people who care are the ones who should be glad he's punching them in the head way less often now. So maybe he'll draw them a chart some time that shows why they should never discourage him getting laid by anyone ever.

LOL I haven't actually been reading Glee fic lately. I need to. That might make the bakery thing easier, right? But... yeah, I've seen enough before that... Blerg.

HAH PUCKURT WHAT A RIDICULOUS PAIRING IT IS. I wrote one Puckurt fic and swore that it would be all I ever wrote for Glee.

I was asking because I have been writing bizarre Inception restaurant AU of which I am deeply ashamed.

It is a shame that yours is Glee. We could have combined our terrible mutants into some kind of terrifying culinary monster! :D

ARTHUR was hired because he's classy, okay, and because there was an issue with a botched seating chart before he came along. Also, his handwriting is great for addressing last minute invitations to forgotten relatives. Mostly Arthur wants all weddings to be super classy and traditional, and Eames keeps trying to bring in ridiculous things just to drive him nuts, and somehow the balance they strike between the two is perfect. And most people aren't sure what Eames really does--he is, Arthur knows, actually paid to find the band, because he always seems to know a guy, no matter what part of the world they're in--because all he ever seems to do is drive Arthur crazy and calm down the brides and grooms. Arthur very nearly likes him on other people's wedding days.

CelebrityChef!Cobb is going to be SO MUCH BETTER than that, okay. SO MUCH BETTER.

YEEESSSS. And when it is all about to blow up in their faces and the bride is in tears and Arthur does not know what to do because that mascara is going everywhere and is going to RUIN her Vera Wang, Eames manages to talk her out of her cold feet and leaving her fiance jilted at the alter and walks her down the aisle himself and everyone is like, 'AAAWWWW' and Arthur is like, 'phew', and then raises his champagne glass across the room to Eames at the reception and is like, THAT'S why I need him.

ALSO: Ariadne is the sensible and long-suffering bridesmaid OR Robert is the baffled groom who does not know WHAT TO MAKE of Eames.

This will be epic.

MINE IS JUST CRAZY. Arthur is CelebrityChef!Cobb's Maitre d'. Yusuf is a pastry chef. Mal is the restaurant critic who can make or break them.

It is SO RIDICULOUS THAT IT MAKES ME WHAT TO PUT MY HEAD ON THE TRAIN TRACKS.

On days when Eames is really good, when the mother of the bride is calm and the band isn't even objectionable, Arthur will dance with Eames, just once, and only to [random non-traditional for weddings but slow song]. It's funny, really, that that song plays at every reception now. :D

Oh, oh, yes. It's all about the Fischer wedding! IT COULD MAKE OR BREAK THEM. Arthur is very stressed, and Eames is in top form, and something, eventually, has got to give. (Spoiler: It's Arthur.)

The other one is my Inception baby, I have wanted to write it pretty much from the very beginning. It will probably be finished before the restaurant monster. The premise is basically that before Arthur always worked with Cobb he used to always work with Eames, until Cobb like, poached him away in a headhunter kind of way. And then Eames is like 'Grr' which is why in the movie he is all 'UGH ARTHUR'. Also they have sex somewhere along the way.

It was meant to be all emo but Arthur makes everything snarky and I have given in to him a little. ALSO, it is mostly set in London, which makes me SO HAPPY because I do not have to spend ages googling the shit out of locations so that I don't look like a total philistine.

OMG! the friend who was going to come see it with me called me this morning to tell me that she won't be able to come and if we could go next week instead. I said "sure, no problem" because what can you do? So i told my sister that we Are going to the cinema this Friday and she had the gall to tell me "but wouldn't it be cheaper to go on Wednesday?" at which point I said "I don't give a flying pan about the price holy shit i've been waiting for months WE ARE SEEING IT ON FRIDAY AND THAT'S FINAL >:(((" and so yes, only three days and then i will be able to call myself a true fan :DDD

Oh, god, no. No, okay, I actually had to bribe my aunt to get her to go with me to see it the first time. I had to promise to pay for her ticket. But zomg it was so worth it. At least... at least this way, you already know you get to see it at least twice? :DDD

My friend will have to pay! Her punishment will be seeing the movie with me on my second viewing, which means I'll squee and flap my hands and tell her constantly "Oh, I love this part! It's when SPOILER!" and "See, remember this because it'll come up later when SPOILER and then SPOILER. Of course in the end SPOILER!" I am a horrible second time viewer...

No, I feel like an intruder, an off-brand fan! I came into the fandom completely ignoring the canon. It was a bit like reading original fic, except that a lot of people where writing in the same 'verse, like a fucked up roundrobin. And everyone kept complimenting me about making the ponies look like the characters and I felt like the worst liar ever. I need to see the movie so I can redeem my soul and don't feel like a thief /o\

Oh, man, I had to try SO HARD not to do that. So, so hard. Mostly I was sitting there like, biting my knuckles in glee to keep from flailing or making embarrassing high-pitched noises during the Arthur and/or Eames (and/or Eames/Arthur) scenes. Ah, my JGL obsession, so ridiculous.

Let me tell you a secret! I have... I have been in a lot of fandoms where I read the fic before I ever knew the canon. Like Sports Night. And the O.C. And HP. ::raises eyebrow:: Also, also, your ponies TOTALLY LOOK LIKE THE CHARACTERS. Pony!Cobb's squint remains one of my favorite things in any fandom ever, okay. I mean seriously.
