I'm feeling like what the world needs now is some love, you guys, and what Inception fandom needs is so much love that they over-indulge like a kid in a candy store. You feel a little bit sick the rest of the day, but it tasted awesome so it was worth it.

I love that she's so reasonable when she gets into fannish discussion, so thoughtful and careful of everyone's feeling. I love that she understands what language is, how beautiful it is and the fun one can have with it. She is an inspiration to us all.

This fandom is overwhelmingly fantastic and full of amazing people. I want to be more of a part of it, but I'm not sure how. There isn't necessarily one gathering place, like the Star Trek fandom has ontd_startrek, where everyone can meet and befriend and find out about other communities, you know? The kink meme is wonderful, yes, but I feel like I'm not quite sure how to go about forming friendships within this lovely community - does that make sense?

So I guess the point of this comment is that I really do love you all and want to get to know you better. How should I dive in?

Basically, i love absolutely everyone. I've been in fandom since i was about 16 (11 years) and this is the first time in a long time that I've actively participated, left feedback, conversed with others -- and it feels so good. Everyone is fantastic, on lj, on twitter -- cherrybina and her posts are incredible, butterflythread is awesome, futureperfect makes me smile and i hope she writes more fic soon, foxxcub and gyzym completely blow my mind (how many days to foxxcub's bb? omg) angelgazing is beyond awesome for hosting this and other memes in the past, delires_01 and jibrailis will always hold special places in my heart for taking two cracky prompts and writing two of the most fanfuckingtastic stories I've ever read -- and let's not forget jibrailis's big bang. bookshop is fabulous and should never stop being who she is because she's awesome. inceptionwips has effectively made me have no life outside of fandom..

.. basically, there's love in this fandom every single day -- from the pics and fics to the utter flail and appreciation of the actors, the characters, the film and future projects. this fandom is seriously made of love and you all rule.
