and I managed to survive summer school with my 4.0 intact

Last night, I stayed up way later than I should have not writing, but watching Stop-Loss. It was surprisingly good? I mean, I tend to not go for war movies, but, well, JGL. Apparently I'm willing to watch just about anything for that dude and all the epic amounts of awesome he totes around. It helps that the other dudes weren't hard to look at, either. Depth, you guys, I am missing it. Anyway, JGL as a fucked up soldier! Singing terrible songs with a terrible country twang and playing guitar and smiling.

Then I watched the special features. And, ugh, I don't even know how he is real. "I then I pretended to kill a guy... That was fantastic." I walked away from that somehow even more charmed. I didn't know it was even possible!

Then I looked at his twitter and realized the dude managed to send himself flying through the back window of a cab... and then demanded someone film his injuries before he went to the ER so he could put it on the internet.

That boy is so charming <3 I've yet to see inception (because I am lame) but I look forward to the hearteyes I'll surely sport afterwards :)

Oh! Meme! Ok, uh... Glee, Kurt/Puck fake boyfriends turning real! Or or, Shelby allows Puck to babysit Beth and one day he has to babysit on the same day he and Finn have to work on something for Glee and so he brings Beth along (because there's no way he's giving up time with his daughter) and Kurt is there too because the Hudsons are back with the Hummels and Kurt ends up watching Beth while Puck and Finn work on their song and surprise! Kurt is a pro with babies! And then idk, Kurt is so good with Beth (and totally besotted with her) that he starts accidentally-on-purpose showing up when Puck is babysitting and also Puck decides that Beth needs to see the world so he takes her on walks that always end up at Kurt's house and then they fall in love over milk bottles and nappies the end.
But the fake boyfriends one would be good, too.

He is the most charming ever! My hearteyes are so epic for him that it is not just borderline ridiculous. You should totally go see Inception, because, ZOMG you would draw the cutest Arthur/Eames art, ever. The cutest Arthur art ever! With his face and his ties and his general persona of awesomeness. ♥__♥

HEE! OMG Fake boyfriends turning real is probably the next Puck/Kurt I'm going to write, because it is really one of my most favorite things ever.

And I love, love, love the idea of Kurt being besotted with Beth. While never admitting it at all. I also have the "they fall in love over milk bottles and nappies" fic on my list! Only instead of the whole Shelby thing, Kurt takes it upon himself as one of the few people in Lima with the real authority to say--other than, he shudders to admit, Rachel Berry--growing up without a mom isn't ideal, but dads can be pretty awesome on their own. And, because Puck would need it spelled out: He doesn't have to raise Beth with Quinn to raise her. And then there is babysitting and Kurt dressing Beth because Puck clearly cannot be trusted to put her in something that doesn't clash horribly. And then suddenly Puck is holding his baby in front of Kurt, and she's got on a pretty little flowered romper and a pretty little hat and sunglasses, because she's obviously still gonna be a rock star, and Puck is accusing Kurt of breaking his baby because she won't go to sleep without him singing something horrible like Madonna or Beyonce but not tied to Quinn in anyway. Eventually Puck starts threatening to teach Beth to call Kurt "mommy" without realizing the implications. And takes up knitting.

Though your idea seems a lot easier.

Cute art, you say? I'm totally sold :D Unfortunately, Inception will come out only on September 3rd here so I'll have to scour the internet for a streaming video or something... I can't wait a whole month! >:(

My god, do you live in hell? Because having to wait that long to see Inception is torture. Sadly, I haven't even found non-cam version screencaps for anything outside of the trailers, so I'm totally useless to you. But, OMG, the art would be SO CUTE.

I had a friend who went to Italy for work a few months back, she informed me that Italy is also the land of wine. Which was sad for her, a dedicated vodka drinker. So, Italy = torture CONFIRMED.

I promise, if I see anything turn up, I will pm you ASAP. Because everyone should get to see this movie ASAP. A.S.A.P. A month longer wait is terrible.

HEE! Most angst I write is really just unnecessary pining anyway. I like some good pining. When the feeling is totally mutual anyway, but they are being stupid and boys. And then they make out! And hug. There is usually lots of hugging! ALL THE HUGGING IN THE WORLD!

::squints:: I have to finish this Inception fic, first, and then probably the Puck-Thinks-He's-Batman fic. But I need to do the baby fic before the new season comes back, I think, or the show will do something that requires me to like, rethink the entire concept. And that's hard.

You should totally make a children's book for Beth! The fairytale of Puck and Kurt as a kid's book! Where Kurt is not a Princess/damsel-in-distress no matter what Puck may try to claim. And Puck does not look that good in a mask, but whatever, they still live (mostly) happily ever after!

Fairytale book! That's a wonderful idea! It could be the story of Puck the ~~Brave~~Badass Knight and Kurt the ~~Pretty~~Dashing Princess and how they came to be together thanks to Beth, the most beautiful, pretty, charming, adorable, splendid, lovely Baby Fairy Girl to ever grace the lands. Because everyone knows that love is the strongest magic of all. :D?

But not everyone adored their prince. Puck, the ~~Brave~~Badass Knight, not yet a knight, always knew he would one day end up working for Prince Kurt, but he fought against the destiny ~~Kurt~~ fate had written for him. A Princess from Cheerio--though tied to Finn, the other, less attractive knight of McKinley--provided Sir Puck the rebellion he so craved. But ~~Kurt~~ fate cannot be denied forever, and when Princess Quinn brought the Baby Fairy Girl Beth into Sir Puck's arms, Sir Puck began to realize his act of defiance had only brought him to the place he was meant to be all along.

And they all live happily ever after!

Boys being boys is oddly the most charming thing ever! Mostly, yes, because you do want to slap them and, like, give them cookies at the same time. I can see how they think girls are full of mixes signals, honestly.

Man, Puck the children's book author would be hilarious. He has practice telling bedtime stories about his ~adventures! They'd have a tale of badassery and acceptance and love at their core every time! Kurt would want to adopt kids just so Puck could write them stories.

Doomed doomed doomed. But at least I'm having fun (particularly when I came up with a way to bring Beth into the world without making Lady Quinn pregnant! I am most pleased with that one :D)

The most hilarious thing about Puck the children's book author, to me, is how besotted Kurt would be by it. Secretly. Very, very secretly. NO ONE MUST EVER KNOW. I can totally see Puck being one of those dudes that kids just love and also use like a jungle gym.

Kurt is his most devoted fan! He writes him anonimous fanmail and keeps all the books' drafts and notes in a binder. He insists on going on walk through the park because he enjoys watching Puck being climbed by a horde of preschoolers ♥

Kurt is totally his most devoted fan! But like, secretly, because it wouldn't do for Puck to get a big head about it. And as much as he loves it when Puck is tackled into submission by tiny little kids with their sticky hands, and usually forced to tell them all a story, he does not love watching all their mom's on the sidelines swooning. He doesn't like that at all.

Oh, poor Kurt! He has to make sure that everyone knows Noah is his and always calls him "Baby" and "Love" in front of his audience and on one occasion, when a mom got a bit too enthusiastic, "Mine". He really doesn't like it, but what can you do?

And once, when faced with a particularly insistent first grade teacher, who was shameless and handsy and badly dressed, Kurt resorted to holding Puck's hand. In public. While Puck's hands were ink stained and he had smears on the knees of his holey jeans from playing in the grass. "Oh," Kurt had been forced to say, "are you doing another segregate interview? I thought we'd decided to suck it up and ask Rachel Berry, so your mother can at least have one of her life-long wishes for you." Of course, it wasn't that he was jealous of her. He just didn't want any confusion. No, really. No, Puck, that was all it was. Honestly.

I'm currently writing what's almost an Ace of Cakes AU. I don't have know. Puck owns a bakery and pines for Kurt over sweet, sweet treats!

I... have never watched Ace of Cake (and I'm sure I'm missing on something. It has cake in the title, it must be good), but bakeries are A++ and pining is the icing that every love story should have. I love pining like burning!

Ace of Cakes (http://www.foodnetwork.com/ace-of-cakes/index.html) is an amazing reality show about Charm City Cakes, a bakery for for "extreme cakes" started by Duff Goldman, who is basically an overgrown kid. Geof is totally my favorite, because he's all calm and deadpan and quippy and competent. They are basically a bunch of artists who have taken cake making to the next level. Puck has been pining for years. He has unrequited love down to an art. Poor, poor, clueless boys. Don't they know how this story is going to end?
