They could be argueing over House's soapy, while House is off scouring the emergency ward for patients... oh... kill me, its kinder.

They could so be complaining about House watching GH while they're watching it. Except then it's the middle of the day and the fooling around is gonna get seen by a lot of people. But that could be fun too.
