Ah, I remember some of the same things from when I was little. That's one of the reasons I've always wanted to get back to it. A kitchen with bread baking is always going to be home to me. ♥ I'm not going into it alone, but most of the day-to-day and running is going to be on my shoulders, so exciting AND terrifying. :DDD
