Ace of Cakes (http://www.foodnetwork.com/ace-of-cakes/index.html) is an amazing reality show about Charm City Cakes, a bakery for for "extreme cakes" started by Duff Goldman, who is basically an overgrown kid. Geof is totally my favorite, because he's all calm and deadpan and quippy and competent. They are basically a bunch of artists who have taken cake making to the next level.
