a singer in a smokey room?

I realized today that I have spent pretty much my entire life getting the lyrics to Don't Stop Believing wrong. My world is shaken! (Look, I'm from Oklahoma, you guys, "I seen her in a smoky room" is something I would hear in conversation. (And then want to kill myself.))

Also, I realize, you know, logically, that if I didn't wait so very long to do laundry that it wouldn't be such a nightmare to do it. But it is always such a nightmare to do all my laundry that I don't want to do it until it can't be put off any longer. Clothes, clean yourselves, dammit. >:(
