Wow, so my summer blow-off courses? SUCK. Not cool, school, not cool at all. >:(

So, I have been completely digging The Gaslight Anthem (omg so Dean! Every song is Dean! ALL ABOUT DEAN) but they are not exactly driving music. I've got a 10+ hour road trip (alone omg) in my not so distant future. Anybody have suggestions for road music? Something that'll keep me awake, and not make me want to drive off the road out of depression/horror/angst/bleed ears?

I thought all songs PERIOD were about Dean! You mean there are some that are NOT?

Barenaked Ladies might fit the bill, if you're into that. Um, pretty much every song on the SPN soundtrack? =D Adam Lambert! (None of these things are at all like the others, btw!)

What kind of music do you like? I listen to tons of random stuff, I can pretty much recommend from any genre. :)

LOL I do have some Barenaked Ladies. They fit the bill extremely well!

My brother likes to describe my taste in music as "emo bullshit music." But in all honesty, I've been known to love pretty much any genre except very heavy metal and... whatever Celine Dion falls in. Seriously, I've spent the last two weeks going back and forth between Jay-Z's "99 Problems", the Glee cast version of "The Lady Is a Tramp", "Billionaire" by Travis McCoy from Gym Class Heroes, and the Glee version of "Rose's Turn". Also, though if I had shame I think I would feel it at this, Ke$ha.

Also, I have NO IDEA why I didn't think of the SPN soundtrack. That is what that soundtrack was MADE for!
