I can do alright with voices, I think? I mean, sometimes I can? I DON'T KNOW. I run into my characters sounding like me a lot. Though I also have the bad habit of picking up other people's speech patterns in real life. It's a really weird habit I have a hard time trying to break and/or do on command. But I also don't really get the characters in your fic sounding like you? I mean, you are much kinder than Arthur or Eames could ever be. LOL
