Wow. Just wow. As usual, words (treacherous words) do me no favor, don't help my state of blankness and can't fill what I really feel about this ... piece of art. Really. I love first the apparent nonsense (=of or designating verse, poetry, or other literary composition consisting of words or syllables that convey an absurd meaning or no meaning at all) of it all. The whole thing describes IMHO the effects of drugs (o'course, I never tried narcotics, but this is how I imagine them to feel) - and its psychedelic is addicting. It is mind-blowing and earth-shattering, it makes you feel like a small, insignificant creature, witness at a war between demigods. You are drawn to it, though you know too well this is beyond you (oh, so beyond you) and still your eyes are glued to the scene. Of course it makes sense, of course, it's just that you are too low to understand it, but otherwise, it makes perfect sense. Or something like that... *shakes her head and glances at the clock* 10am? Maybe I had something in my tea. I'll print out this (after my printer gets repaired >.>) together with opiumcoffeebean's poem and reread them afterwards because the two of them should make more sense together, later. Now, it's all perfect. Also, there are too many lines to quote, but I just wanted to say that this one in particular The tide slaps their feet, their calves, their thighs. Hits their hips in quiet sighs sounds very poetical.
