Stupid people should not be allowed to work the CS desk at Best Buy, ok? Can I make that a law?
I wanted to exchange my copy of Life on the Murder Scene, because the CD wouldn't play in my computer, and that is just. not. on. That went pretty much like this: "Which one is the cd, they both say dvd?" "the third one." "there are only two" "no, there are two dvds and one cd. see, it's right there ::points::" "where?" "::takes it out and hands it to him::" "Oh, it looks a little weird." "which would be why I brought it back to get another copy." "well, I'll just put the charge back on your card." "but I don't want my money back, I want a working copy." "Uh huh. Ok, the charge has been put back on your Visa" "::headdesk::" "have a nice night!"
